EZarchitecture Podcast #15 Latest projects: Manhattan’s baby gear store
Images of Baby Cottons, one of our projects. It is a baby gear retail store located in Upper East Side, in a landmark building. It was done in partnership with a friend and colleague, Pablo Jendretzky from Jendretzky LLC.
Exterior elevation, facade over Madison and 89th street.
It is located in a space formerly used by the nearby Saint Davis School for a gym.
Time Square’s hot island and cool water (and how you can bring it home!)
Just in case if you had any doubt the power of a cool idea and some paint. Here’s a installation from the artist Molly Dillworth in Time Square call Cool Water, Hot Island. Which is an abstract representation of the heat island effect (also just an awesome use of an otherwise plain surface). I wonder how long will it be, before people show up in swimming trunks and towels to take photos with it.
