Taking a bath inside your closet has never been easier or more stylish!!
We are not saying that you should, and we’re not even sure if it is a good idea. But, in case if you have been pining for the chance to take a bath inside your closet. There’s a now a complete (and pretty well designed) solution to help you achieve your dream! The Bath Cabinet BadKast by Anna Van der Lei, a recent graduate of the Design Academy Eindhoven. The inspiration for this project came from Anna’s dutch/finnish background and her childhood memories of the Finnish sauna rituals of bathing by a lake and surrounded by nature. Ever hang a coat on back of a chair? Now you can do it in your closet also!
We are always on the lookout for things that we can easily add to our closet design that brings out lots of personality and character. Since we are working with a very limited amount of space, high light items that also serve a functional purpose is a huge plus. These ingenious hangers made out of used chair backs both bring a unique theme to your hanging area and serve a practical need. Although they are probably not the best for long term hanging of your delicate sweaters since they are sort of funky shaped but they would be great for areas of occasional use, like guest coat area. Call in the National Guards! Its a Closet Disaster!
In this week’s episode; Hsiang and Guido talks about some of the worst closet disasters we found! Hide your kids!
Your closet doors no longer close and your shoes now scatter across the floor of your room. You can’t find anything you need when need it, and the search now require a shovel and construction cones. Building the super efficient 5 minutes dream closet!
In this week’s episode; Hsiang and Guido talks about how to design the ultimate efficient closet!
Last week we took a look at the amazing examples of micro hotels for some unusual inspirations on design for tiny spaces: Link Now that we had some interesting inspirations, it’s time for design! We especially liked the concept of the 9h hotel. An hotel design specifically to help some enjoy an optimized (and super fast) hotel experience. And we thought; now if we can design a closet that work just as efficiently and in similar way, it’ll certainly make our morning rush a lot easier! A completely original approach to a limitation we didn’t even realized that we had! We can think of lots of additional options for a closet organization if we had something like this.
